Moshe Reches has over 30 years of sales and market development experience.
Prior to SparkTech Mr. Reches as a VP in Ericom developer of application access and virtualization built Ericom offices and network of distributors and partners in Europe and the far east.
Mr. Reches was also among the founders of Adacom, a developer of networking appliance.

Shahar Mor, Chief Technology officer
Shahar Mor, is a Certified IBM legacy Specialist with 20 years of experience working in the MF/ power I /AS/400 /S38 environments.
Mr. Mor has vast knowledge in the fields of databases, AS/400 connectivity and performance, High Availability, information security, forensic audit trails and fraud prevention and detection.
Mr. Mor held management and senior development positions in insurance and bank enterprises, and he is also the owner of BARMOR - the largest AS/400 services provider in Israel.
He also has written a Redbook for IBM on iSeries and he is Search400.com site expert for connectivity and security issues on the iSeries.

Udi Tizan, Vice President of sales & business development
Udi is software business development specialist, with 8 years experience in sales, marketing and business development of technically-oriented legacy and open systems products and applications to companies and business partners in Europe and Asia.

Ellen Shi Min, Chief Operation Officer

Ellen holds a Master degree in Engineering. She has extensive experiences in R&D,IT and software industry.Meanwhile, she is an expert in software localization. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the corporation and for operations management and coordination and support to business partners in China.
